Each provider has a custom service level agreement model. Entering into a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with a CUA provider can allow you to negotiate additional services through the contract, or you can help get a larger discount on CUA products. All SLAs should be installed within THE limits of CUASTA2014. This means that ALS is covered by the conditions of the AUC and within the time frame set by the AUC. Do not accept or sign other terms or agree to enter into a contract with the supplier beyond the duration of the AUC.
