The conditions of employment of non-ses are provided by the department`s enterprise contract. Communication and the Arts Enterprise Agreement refers to the Fair Work Commission`s Enterprise Agreement of January 25, 2019, pursuant to Part 2-4 of the FW Act, called Department of the Communications and the Arts Enterprise Agreement 2018 – 2021. Former communications and the Arts Employee staff is a non-SES employee who: 7.1. Compensation for a worker under this provision is shown in Table 3 – 5 of the calendar. Part-time workers are entitled to proportional payments on the basis of their weekly hours. . 4.3. Wages (excluding wages payable to workers applicable to clause 12 of the infrastructure contract) applicable under this clause are set out in the timetable. For the purposes of Section 30 of the Infrastructure Operating Agreement, the pay schedules in Table 1 of the calendar apply until April 30, 2020 for departmental workers who are former employees in communications and works of art.
In addition, the Secretary`s provision applies on March 28, 2019, March 28, 2020 and March 28, 2021 for all businesses covered by the Enterprise Agreement. 7.2. Any employee of the department who is an infrastructure agent (including the one to which clause 12 of the infrastructure contract applies) will receive a 2% increase in salary on 28 March 2020. Infrastructure Employee refers to a non-SES employee who starts on February 1, 2020 and remains in effect until he arrives first: 4.1. On February 1, 2020, any employee of the department who is a former employee of Communications and the Arts will receive a salary increase equivalent to the salary increase (if any) that the employee would have received under the communications and arts enterprise agreement if that agreement applied to the employee on February 1, 2020. 5.1.
A person who is promoted after the beginning of this provision or who enters the department is paid in accordance with Table 2 of the calendar.
